If your coffee experience isn't perfect, just contact us at help@cafely.com. Provide your order number and a quick description of the issue. We'll get it sorted out ASAP.

You have 30 days from purchase to request a return or refund.

Whether it’s a refund or an exchange, we'll handle it with no hassle and no BS.

Return shipping? On us. We believe in our product and your happiness.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund swiftly, typically within 2-3 business days.

Step 1

Contact our customer service team at help@cafely.com or 1-233-455-6677. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Step 2

One of our customer service team members will help you with the return address and RMA (return merchandise authorization number).

Step 3

Return the unused portion of your product, the original invoice, and your RMA number.

Step 4

Once the item is received and the return is approved, the refund should appear on your card within 2–5 business days.
