It’s good

It’s a good coffee but a bit bitter. I thought it would be better to drink with condensed milk, but it was a little too bitter for me.

Your Questions, Answered

At Cafely, we pride ourselves on our ability to source some of the best coffee in the world. We go through painstaking measures to find local, family-owned farms that adhere to our ethical and quality standards. Once discovered, The next step is to identify the optimal roast and grind levels that bring out the best of the bean's natural flavors — a process that requires meticulous experimentation and a keen understanding of the nuance in crafting exceptional coffee.

We strive to offer different coffee formats to cater to a wide variety of individual needs and preferences.

For our roast coffee, we offer several blends of both Coffea arabica and Coffea robusta. Most of our partnered farms are located in Vietnam, but we also carry raw coffee from such places as Colombia, Brazil, and Ethiopia.

If you prefer arabica coffee, check out our Da Lat Blend. For 100% potent robusta, check out our Hanoi blend. For coffee on the go, we also carry both ready-to-drink cold brews and instant coffee powder.

Vietnamese "Culi" coffee, also known as "peaberry," is a rare and highly sought-after coffee bean. Normally, coffee cherries contain two seeds (beans) that develop with flattened sides as they press up against each other in the coffee cherry. However, in about 5-10% of cherries, only one seed forms. These beans develop a round shape without any flat sides. They also develop some unique flavor differences that really adds that extra oomph in the final product. Our Saigon OG is one of the few blends available today made with genuine Vietnamese Culi coffee.

Our unwavering commitment to fair trade practices and sustainable farming is not just about ethical sourcing; it's about quality.

One of the main reasons we're so focused on robusta beans is because they require fewer resources to grow and are more resilient against heatwaves, droughts, and other challenges associated with climate change.

When you shop with Cafely, you’re supporting a shift in the coffee industry towards a more eco-friendly future — without making any sacrifices in taste. Our approach contributes to a superior taste profile of strong coffee and affirms our dedication to both the planet and your palate.

To maintain freshness, store your coffee beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. Only keep in the fridge if you plan to store your beans longer than 2 months after purchase.

Yes! All of our coffee comes pre-ground. We grind our beans to a medium coarseness — optimized for our Phin Filters. This grind also works great in a French Press or drip coffee maker.

Our coffee will maintain its peak flavor for 1–3 month after purchase. The complex flavors will slowly start to deteriorate after this point but will remain viable for up to 9 months. Fortunately, we go through a ton of effort to make sure our coffee is as high-quality as possible, so even after a few months of degradation, our coffee still tastes pretty good.

Yes, we ship globally! We believe everybody deserves the best coffee and have made it our mission to make it available worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination.

We believe in the quality and flavor of our coffee — we drink it ourselves every day and refuse to settle for anything but the best. However, we know the bold, rich, and complex flavors of dark coffee aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. That’s why we’ve implemented a no-BS happiness guarantee for all our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Yes! You can have your beans delivered at any frequency you like, but monthly subscriptions will save 15%. Cafely offers the flexibility to pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.
