Yes, all our coffee is fair-trade. We source all our coffee from local farms in Vietnam and around the world that adhere to our strict ethical sourcing policy. We support fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and environmental conservation.

To maximize flavor and freshness, it's best to store your coffee in a place that’s cool, dark, and dry. We recommend storing your coffee in the resealable package provided, which has been specially designed for this purpose. Each bag is equipped with a freshness filter, enabling your coffee to breathe while effectively blocking out air, dust, and moisture — common culprits that can compromise the quality of your coffee. This careful storage method helps maintain the beans' exquisite taste and aroma for as long as possible.

Our coffee will maintain peak flavor for 1–3 months after purchase. The complex flavors will slowly start to deteriorate after this point but will remain viable for up to 9 months. 

We spend a lot of time and effort making sure our coffee is as top-notch as possible, so the bar is already very high. A few months passed their prime, and Cafely beans still taste better than most store-bought coffee.
