Mimi’s Story
Mimi grew up in Ho Chi Minh City, where coffee is part of everyday life — strong, straightforward, and taken seriously. When she moved to America, she was shocked to find that even the “strongest” coffees she tasted were watered down, buried under sugar, or masked with syrups. To her, it felt like coffee had lost its soul.
Alex’s Story
On the other side of the world, Alex was facing a different challenge. ADHD medications gave him the focus he needed, but at the cost of his sleep, appetite, and health.
