Our Dalat has been carefully ground to a consistency similar to salt or sand (800–1000 microns). This is the perfect grind for Phin filters, but will also work great in a drip coffee maker, a moka pot, and even a French press.

The best way to store your beans after purchasing is in the resealable bag they arrive in, away from direct sunlight. It's best to store your beans in a cool and dark location — such as a kitchen drawer or cupboard. If storing for longer than 3 months, it's best to store your beans in the fridge. If you plan to keep your beans for more than 4 months, you should keep your coffee in the freezer instead.
