We use a blend of modern roasting equipment with time-honored methods. Some of our beans undergo a traditional butter-roasting process developed in Vietnam. This method involves painting the beans in a light layer of clarified butter prior to the roasting process. This enhances the Maillard reaction (responsible for the roast flavor), providing a rich, buttery taste for which to die.

Beyond our roasted coffee, we've developed a variety of ready-to-drink cold brews, energizing coffee-infused gummies, and convenient spray-dried instant coffee powders — each offered in traditional Vietnamese milk, dairy-free coconut and classic black flavors.

The ideal grind size depends on the brewing system you’ve chosen to use. For phin filters, AeroPress, moka pots, and espresso machines, we recommend a medium-fine or fine grind. For the French press, use a coarse grind.

We use a medium-fine texture for our ground coffee. This grind is the most well-rounded and suitable for a variety of brewing methods, from traditional phin to espresso.
